KANSAS CITY, MO. – Metro doctors are taking a stand against the Obama administration’s health care plan. On Saturday, a group of tea party doctors met on the Plaza to show their solidarity. The growing national debate over health care is taking shape in Kansas City amongst those in the health care field.
Doctors, nurses and surgeons met on the Plaza as part of the Doctors’ Tea Party to speak out against the national health care plan. But many in this field feel differently, that this plan will work for America.
The doctors stood near the JC Nichols Fountain protesting in white lab coats. They wanted to voice their concerns with the nation’s health care plan.

Virginia Attorney General, Kenneth T. Cuccinelli, II, said, “It is a great day for the Constitution. This case is not about health insurance. It is not about healthcare. It’s about liberty.”
In Commonwealth of Virginia v. Kathleen Sebelius, Judge Henry E Hudson found that Congress cannot expand the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution to force people to buy a product.
We the People could not agree more with Attorney General Cuccinelli that “this case is not about…healthcare.” Judge Hudson, on the first page of his opinion refers to “the health care scheme adopted by Congress in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.” Continue reading »

The Congressional Budget Office announcement May 11, 2010, that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) would cost, over the next ten years, $115 Billion more, brings the total cost over $1 Trillion. Imagine—Congress and the President spent a whole year jamming a 2,309 page monster down our throats on the pretense of “eliminating fraud, waste and abuse (in the delivery of medical care) at a lower cost”. This same Congressional Budget Office, using the contrived numbers given by Congress, had previously said Obamacare would REDUCE federal deficits by $143 Billion. I smell FRAUD.
Fraud is defined as deceit, trickery, cheating, and intentional deception or dishonesty. That describes not only the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), but also the 1000+ page Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
